Four historic quarters

Santa Maria Novella, where Dominican monks “prayed in the vineyards”, Santa Croce, the centre of the Franciscan spirit, San Giovanni, the headquarters of the Medici, Santo Spirito, isolated from the rest by the river Arno. All the Florentine quarters are in the shade of their bell tower with their individualities and characteristics.
